TacFit (Tactical Fitness) is a results-driven training system designed to improve functional strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery—ideal for martial artists, first responders, athletes, and anyone seeking high-performance fitness. Our TacFit classes combine bodyweight exercises, movement-based drills, and breathwork to build resilient, injury-resistant bodies. Students train using specialized tools like kettlebells, clubbells, and steel maces to enhance strength, coordination, and joint stability. Each session is scalable for all fitness levels and is a powerful complement to Jiu-Jitsu and striking. At Valor Jiu-Jitsu in Orland Park, our TacFit program empowers adults to move better, train smarter, and feel stronger every day.
