
Marcos Estrada Sr
Retired U.S. Marine | Security Expert | Tactical Instructor
Marcos Estrada Sr is a retired US Marine Infantryman with a distinguished career that includes global deployments across Far East Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Throughout his military service, Marcos took part in numerous high-risk and classified operations in Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain, and Liberia, bringing unmatched leadership and operational experience to every mission.
After retiring from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant in 2012, Marcos transitioned to work as an independent contractor for the US Department of State, where he trained international law enforcement personnel and foreign dignitaries in Direct-Action Operations, Dignitary Protection, and Surveillance Techniques.
Returning to his hometown of Chicago, Marcos accepted a leadership role with Cook County’s Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, ultimately serving as Deputy Director of Training & Special Projects. In this role, he developed and delivered training programs while also teaching executive protection, threat assessment, and vulnerability mitigation in El Salvador, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Ukraine.

University of Texas Engineering Extension’s Tactical Evasive Driving School
He is also an NRA Certified Pistol and Rifle Instructor and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
